Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

Can I return my order?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Can I return opened skincare products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and beauty products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or if the hygiene seal has been broken.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help you with a replacement or refund if approved.
