Return and Refund Policy

At Luxora Beauty, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and beauty products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or if the hygiene seal has been broken.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@luxorabeautystore.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request is approved, you will have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luxorabeautystore.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare and beauty products
  • Products with broken hygiene seals
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items, unless faulty
  • Items returned without approval

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@luxorabeautystore.com.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but you may still request a return after receiving the item.
